All products listed on Metro Orthotics are orthopaedic aids and supports intended for general wellness use. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product in colour, size, or packaging. Prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, it constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Order confirmation is sent via email and/or WhatsApp. Payment can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, or other available payment gateways. All online payment transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping across India on all orders. Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours of confirmation. Delivery timelines vary by location: 3-5 business days for metro cities, 5-7 business days for other cities, and 7-10 business days for remote areas. While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural events, courier disruptions, or public holidays. You will receive tracking information via email and/or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Warranty

All Metro Orthotics products come with a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period varies by product category and is specified on the product page. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or damage caused by accidents. To claim warranty, contact our support team with your order details and photographs of the defect. We will either repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.
