Free Shipping Across India
We offer completely free shipping on all orders across India — no minimum order value required. Whether you are ordering a single knee support or a full set of orthopaedic products, your delivery charges are on us. This applies to all pin codes serviceable by our courier partners.
Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST may be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message once your order has been dispatched, along with your tracking details.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email and WhatsApp. You can track your order status anytime by visiting our Track Order page or by contacting our support team. Real-time tracking updates are available for most shipments.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for all serviceable pin codes across India at no additional charge. You can pay the full order amount in cash to the delivery executive at the time of delivery. Please keep the exact change ready for a smooth delivery experience. For COD orders, we may verify your order via phone call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we will provide a free replacement at no extra cost. Please report any damage within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us with photographs of the damaged product and packaging. Do not discard the packaging until the issue is resolved. We will arrange a reverse pickup and dispatch a replacement immediately.
Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability after multiple delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery in such cases.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time. Certain products may have shipping restrictions to specific regions based on courier partner limitations. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund.
